1. Eligibility :- Any person who is eligible to marry as per the INDIAN LAW. and who is not prohibited or prevented by any Applicable Law from entering into a valid marriage.
2. One should provide true, fair, accurate, current information of one self. If at any point of time SMB Comes to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided for registering or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate or incomplete the SMB Shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your membership and thereafter the amount paid by you towards membership fees and refuse to provide SMB services.
3. SMB membership is restricted strictly to the Registered member only
4. SMB cannot guarantee or assure any responsibility for any specific results from the SMB services or from our website / Portal.
5. SMB cannot guarantee the complete protection of user data while it is in transit or prevent and tampering data by a third party with malicious intent before the data reaches the SMB server
6. SMB members are requested to exercise enough care and caution while shortlisting the prospect and satisfy themselves before making a choice of your match. SMB shall not be liable for short coming due any misprestation made by any of its SMB members.
7. SMB members need to verify the credentialed as prospect such as family status,mental status, educational and Financial status, occupation, incomes, character and health status etc
8. It is expected that members should provide latest photographs, which is not older than 3 months. Inaccurate and false information shall be treated as violation of terms & conditions and SMB has sufficient ground to suspend and terminate the membership without any refund of fees.
9. SMB Members we expected refrain from :
i. Entering into any financial transactions with prospects.
ii. Sharing of confidential data and personal data with each other.
iii. Entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.
iv. Violating any Law for time being inforce.
10. All members must use polite, respectful in words and language with
(a) staff at Saptpadi Marriage Bureau.
(b) with any member of SMB for any of the reasons.
11. SMB members are expected. to be cautious of prospects, who ask for favors, money etc. or call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, does not come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and do not involve family and friends in match making. Beware of suspected profiles before you finalize an alliance with prospect.
12. SMB member shall not assign or transfer your membership to any other person or entity, and such an act be treated as violation of terms and conditions. In such case your membership shall be terminated
13 SMB may contact the SMB members thorough Emails/Sms/Calls/what’s up message to share the profile of the prospect by way of internal messages/links SMB members confirm the mobile number submitted to it your verification or alternative number so provided, is not registered with the Do Not disturb/National Customer preference Register and they shall not treat our call as promotional call.
14. SMB has reasonable processes and system in place to maintain confidentiality of all information other than those meant for sharing the prospect furnished by SMB members and SMB may at its sole discretion and cost take bonafide steps for maintaining confidentially of information compliance with applicable Law.
15. For no reason SMB is liable to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind, under any circumstances.
16. You agree that SMB has all right to process your data through the automated process to serve you with suitable profile (based on your set partner performance) from SMB or its consortium of websites and may also send communications in these regards
17. You also agree to keep your username and password confidential, to avoid any misuse of your profile at our website, and also assuring that you will not pass your user name and password to any body else.
18. SMB is not broker or the agent of any SMB member, and SMB does not partake in exchange of any discussion between the SMB members and prospects or the results of their discussions.
19. SMB Members are solely responsible for communications with prospect or vice versa. SMB expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any transaction or exchange or interaction or passing of information(s) etc. between any SMB members inter se via email, chat, interaction or any other communication between SMB members using website / App or otherwise
20. SMB has no obligation to monitor any such disputes arising between the members and SMB shall not be party to any such dispute/litigation.
21. In the event we get complaint against you and subsequently We have suspended/ deleted your profile in good faith we shall not be liable to you in any loss, costs, expenses or consequence if any.
23. SMB likes to inform you that the exchange of profiles through or by SMB should not in any way be constructed as a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation and/or advice or guarantee given to the SMB member from or by SMB
24. SMB website acts an as an inters Intermediary as defined under sub clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act 2000
25. After the expiry of the SMB paid package. the SMB members profiles remain on SMB portal until the SMB member initiate the finalization of his/her marriage/existence of the web site and intimates the website for removal/deletion of once profile.
26. The registration of SMB have entered into contract within the territorial of Jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
SMB members unconditionally agree that all such disputes and /or differences if any shall be governed by the Laws of India and submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate Court of Law in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
